Created in 2009, the Voie de Rocamadour is a walking path stretching between the Abbeye Bénévent in the Creuse and Rocamadour in the Dordogne and which follows the old pilgrimage route of Saint Jacques de Compostelle which pilgrims took to Compostelle in Spain.  The entire route is 270 kilometres in length and takes around 12 days to complete, however, the Chez Jallot package offers you the opportunity to complete a 42 kilometre, 3-day, section of the route between Bourganeuf and Eymoutiers, via Peyrat le Château traversing the Millevaches Plateau.

The route passes through traditional French villages full of heritage & history and between each, the walker will encounter the beautiful countryside of the Creuse and Haute-Vienne departments.

Let Chez Jallot deal with the logistics… I will transport you from Chez Jallot to the start of each section of the walk each day and pick you up at the end, bringing you back for an evening meal and a rest in preparation for the next day’s walk.  I will even provide you with a packed lunch to keep you sustained through the day.
